Had a lovely weekend – the cottage is gorgeous and the décor and little extras make the stay more special. The AGA makes the kitchen nice and cosy and a great place to sit, chat and eat. The DVD kept the kids quiet after a day in Whitby. They were very excited about their special room at the top of the house. | |

A great weekend but over far too soon.
The house is fantastic with all modern conveniences. What a
wonderful place to spend a holiday but like all good things

We have had a lovely family Christmas at Pear Tree House. The children were amazed to find chocolate coins on their pillows and stockings at the end of their beds. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches – leaving the provisions really helped start the holiday off well. The house is lovely and wonderfully equipped. We would all recommend it to others. It’s been the perfect place for us all to get together and have a relaxing time. | |

Never been to Whitby before and we have had a lovely time. Accommodation was fab, very child friendly and would recommend to others. Weather was not good, at least the AGA dried out my jeans! | |
